Insights Overview

Insights, initially containing a Venn Insight Builder, allows users to start on the train of thought approach to customer analytics. Here users can start to use data discovery and visualization to drive future campaign activity or reporting.

Venn Insight

 A Venn Insight can be built with up to 6 segments allowing both a graphical and grid based view of intersections and patterns across those segments. Further more, one or more of those intersections can easily be extracted to be saved as a new segment document to instantly be available as a campaign audience for fast and actionable analytics.

Insights are created and managed from the Insights Screen.
